Fact or Fiction? Evaluating Good Information from C.R.A.A.P
Everyday we get inundated with information. From school, friends, family, social media, news, and the media, we are consumed with constant information.
But how do you know this information is correct? Studies show that fake and misleading information, especially if it is spread via social media, is increasing in popularity.
It is essential in this period of history to not only find information (which is often too easy) but also to evaluate it correctly and understand it before using it in an academic assignment or sharing it in your personal life.
The AUM Librarians will be teaching you how to find good information by using the C.R.A.A.P. test. This is a session you do NOT want to miss!
